Welcome to sz999. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and sz999 ("we", "us", "the Operator", "the Platform"). They govern all aspects of your use of the sz999 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, promotional offers and any other services made available through the platform at https://sz999.cam and any associated subdomains or applications.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use sz999.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an account on sz999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or by the Operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are acting as a private individual on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence.
• You are not located in, or ordinarily resident in, a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from sz999 or any affiliated platform, or had an account closed by the Operator for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered as a problem gambler with any responsible gambling organisation that has requested exclusion from the Platform.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete and not misleading.

Important note for Pakistani users: Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable statutes. The Operator does not claim that participation by Pakistani residents is lawful under Pakistani domestic law. Players located in Pakistan are responsible for independently verifying the legal status of online gambling applicable to their circumstances before registering or playing. One registered account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified by name, address, device, IP address, payment method or any other identifying information — constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of funds and account closure.

Account registration on sz999 requires you to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. This information is used for identity verification, fraud prevention and compliance with the Operator's licence obligations.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point deemed necessary by the Operator, you may be required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Documents that may be requested include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., National Identity Card / CNIC, passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your registered name, if applicable).
• Any additional documentation that the Operator deems necessary to satisfy its anti-money laundering (AML) or fraud-prevention obligations.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal access. The Operator reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of verification.

Deposits to sz999 accounts must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party funding — where the payment method owner is not the registered account holder — is not permitted and may trigger an AML review or account suspension.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts, applicable transaction fees and available payment methods are published in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated without prior notice. The Operator is not responsible for fees charged by the Player's bank, mobile wallet provider or payment processor in connection with any transaction.

All deposits are final once processed. The Operator does not accept liability for delays or failures in crediting deposits caused by third-party payment providers, network outages or regulatory holds applied by financial institutions.

Withdrawals from sz999 are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived balances are eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the cashier.
• The Operator reserves the right to apply additional compliance checks to withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

Processing timeframes for withdrawals are not guaranteed. Actual processing times depend on the Operator's internal review cycle, the chosen payment method, third-party provider processing schedules and any applicable compliance review. The Operator will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests promptly but does not warrant specific processing windows.

The Operator reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal request, reverse a deposit or withhold funds where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, a breach of these Terms, or an ongoing KYC or AML investigation. Withheld funds will be reviewed and, where appropriate, released upon satisfactory resolution of the relevant matter.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives made available on sz999 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Wagering Requirement: Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion type) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Illustrative example: a wagering requirement of 25x on a PKR 5,000 bonus requires PKR 125,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per round or per bet applies. Placing bets above this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. The specific limit is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack, roulette and baccarat may contribute a lower percentage. Sports bets may require minimum odds. Full contribution tables are available in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire after a stated number of days from the date of award. Unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses: Sticky bonuses are removed from the account balance upon withdrawal — only the net winnings generated from the bonus are withdrawable. Non-sticky bonuses may be withdrawn alongside winnings once wagering is complete. Promotion terms specify which type applies.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some promotions cap the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus winnings. Any balance above this cap may be removed upon withdrawal request. The applicable cap is stated in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Eligible Event: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, one bonus applies per promotional event per eligible Player account.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, withdraw or void any promotional offer at any time where there is evidence of bonus abuse, system error or fraudulent activity. All bonus decisions made by the Operator are final.

All bets and wagers placed on sz999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. General betting rules include:

• Bets are accepted in real-time. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are displayed in the betting interface prior to confirmation.
• Payouts are calculated at the odds or RTP applicable at the time the bet was accepted, not at the time of settlement.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or incorrect odds publication ("palpable error"), the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies to both sports betting markets and casino game rounds.
• The Operator reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or on cumulative winnings within a defined period.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at the Operator's discretion, including during critical game moments where the result could be imminent.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sz999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using third-party payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without the Operator's express written consent.
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs or misdisplayed odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Participating in any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other Players or the Operator's backend systems without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that is designed to artificially inflate wagering volumes to satisfy rollover requirements without genuine gameplay intent ("bonus abuse").

sz999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and may require a cooling-off period before being increased.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications to alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and marketing communications will cease.

All content on the sz999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, interface design and data compilations — is the property of sz999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered or used for commercial purposes without the Operator's express written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sz999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to adequately protect their credentials.
• Delays, errors or failures caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications infrastructure or internet service providers.
• Any loss arising from changes in applicable law or regulatory action affecting the availability of the Platform in a particular jurisdiction.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime or data loss beyond the Operator's reasonable control.

Where the Operator's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, total liability to any one Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. Players wishing to close their account must contact sz999 support. Accounts will be closed promptly following confirmation of identity, provided no KYC review, withdrawal or investigation is pending.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, criminal or abusive activity is detected or reported.
• A Player is found to be under the minimum eligible age.
• Regulatory, legal or licence obligations require the termination of the account.
• The Player has been identified as a self-excluded individual who has re-registered in breach of an active self-exclusion.

Upon termination, real money balances after any applicable deductions for outstanding wagering requirements, chargebacks or other obligations will be returned to the Player via the available payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

sz999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform following the notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sz999 holds its international gaming licence.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the Operator's internal complaints process shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out under the Operator's licence. Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process may escalate their dispute through the applicable licencing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
